What is Thriving Coach in Midlife?
Thriving Coach in Midlife is a 10-week online learning experience and transformative adventure to help Catholic moms in midlife become the faith-based life coach they’ve been dreaming about.
Thriving Coach in Midlife is for:

Catholic moms in midlife who’ve put their dreams of becoming a life coach on hold and now want to revisit that desire and make it a reality

Catholic moms in midlife who are already coaches in whatever way, shape, or form, and want to grow as faith-based coaches
Time Frame:
• Starts on the week of October 14, 2024 & Ends on the week of December 16, 2024
What does this online experience and transformative adventure look like?

Most of our online interactions will take place inside a private FB group.

We’ll kick off with a virtual party on Zoom to start our journey and also end with a virtual party—a birthday party for Jesus (since it’s the week before Christmas)—to give Jesus the gift of our coaching.

In between, there are video trainings for you to learn from—not just to consume but to apply to your calling as a coach. (There are at least 10 videos, and most of these videos don’t go beyond 30 minutes.)

There will be fun tasks to help you anchor what you’ve learned and to provide milestones.

There will be mentorship & coaching calls on Zoom every other week to process and practice what you’ve learned and help you move forward.
This is designed to be fun and as stress-free as possible…because fulfilling our calling ought to be fun! :D

How much does it cost?
Though this has more than my previous programs (which people have paid P9k upwards for), the Thriving Coach in Midlife online experience and transformative adventure is priced at P3,000 (and yes, it has a payment option). I hope this makes it more accessible to those who’ve been wanting this type of training but weren’t able to avail of it in the past.

Hi, I'm Mich! :)
I’m Mich Nicolas, a life coach who desires to help Catholic women like you thrive according to what Jesus said in John 10:10, that He came that we might have life to the full! I’m also a wife and homeschooling mom, an editor and writer. My husband and I serve in a Catholic charismatic community, and I’ve been in ministry for most of my life.

I was about 11 years old when I was first assigned to facilitate a group of girls during a Life in the Spirit seminar, then a few years later, was tasked to lead the kids' ministry in our community. I also became part of the music ministry and worship team, youth, performing arts, and media ministries. At 18 or 19 years old, I was entrusted to head a cell group of young women that met every week for prayer and Bible sharing. Looking back, I realize that was the start of me mentoring women, and I continue to do so to this day.
My full-time job for nearly 25 years was in Catholic publishing and being part of teams that produced music, audio, and video projects, concerts, and conferences that were all geared toward evangelization and discipleship.

I then transitioned to the online space and began to offer various freelance services that included coaching.
In 2021, I joined a paid coaching program for Catholic women and experienced to an even greater degree the power of coaching. It accelerated my personal growth and I saw how it aligned with what I’d been learning through the years, but with a focus on renewing our minds.

In 2022, I joined another online program oriented toward Kingdom entrepreneurship that operated in the gifts of the Holy Spirit. I loved seeing how the Holy Spirit worked in the group, in individuals and their businesses, and among people of different Christian backgrounds (mostly non-Catholic).
​
I loved both spaces but was looking for one, especially for women, that integrated personal growth, coaching, working in the power of the Holy Spirit, and the Catholic faith. Turns out, the Lord wanted me to create the space (a story for another day)...and well, here it is! :)
