Dear fellow coach and beloved daughter of God,

 

Peace!

I’m thrilled to introduce you to a new coaching program that has been birthed through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. The idea for this has been on the virtual shelf for maybe about a year or a year-and-a-half now, but only in recent weeks has it been further developed.

 

It’s been two years (April 17 & 18, 2023) since I received certain messages from the Bible during my prayer time where I sense our Heavenly Father is calling His daughters who are called to coach, to rise up for such a time as this and expand His kingdom through Spirit-led life coaching.

 

At that time, I had no idea what that meant or how that would look like. Truth be told, I am still discovering what it means as I continue to pursue Him and seek His will. Every step brings a little more clarity, as I then discover that there are people like you whom God has called in the coaching space.

 

You’ve already felt the stirring of the Spirit within you and now God is calling us together. He’s calling us to elevate the coaching culture by our witness of faith and the power of the Holy Spirit. He wants us to shine the light of Christ and bring His beauty, goodness, and truth. As we go forth in obedience and joy, we collaborate with our Lord and create eternal impact in the lives of others.

 

I invite you to join me in this 8-week online experience. Day 8 is the day of Jesus’ Resurrection. The number 8 signifies new beginnings. Yes, I have some things planned, but we’ll also allow ourselves to be open to the Holy Spirit and allow Him to do what no one can! Let’s expect Him to surprise us in ways we’ve never even imagined! Come, Holy Spirit!

What is Spirit-filled & Sent Forth?

Spirit-filled & Sent Forth is an 8-week online group coaching experience for Catholic women coaches who desire to partner with the Holy Spirit and expand God’s kingdom through Spirit-led coaching. By the end of the 8 weeks, you will have gained the knowledge, tools, and skills to equip you to become a Spirit-led coach who brings her clients closer to God.

 

Spirit-filled & Sent Forth is for:

  • Catholic women coaches who’ve decided to elevate their coaching practice by partnering with the Holy Spirit

  • Catholic women who are already coaching in some form and would like to integrate their faith into their coaching

  • Catholic women coaches who want to bring their clients and mentees closer to God

 

This is for you if:

  • You’re already a coach

  • You’re committed to show up as best as you can

  • You’re ready to participate

  • You’ve decided to apply what you’ll be learning

  • You’ve decided to prioritize partnering with the Holy Spirit in your coaching

 

This is not for you if:

  • You are not yet a coach and have no experience coaching

  • You only want to “check it out” or “dip your toes” then disappear

  • You only want to consume the content

  • You are not committed to do the work

  • You are not ready to participate

 

Time Frame:

• Starts on the week of April 28, 2025 (second week of Easter) and ends on the week of June 16, 2025.

 

What does the online experience look like?

  • Online interactions and exchanges will take place through the following: 1) Email; 2) Zoom; 3) a private FB group.

  • We’ll have weekly calls on Zoom where we’ll discuss the assigned topics. Live trainings may also take place during the Zoom call.

  • The private FB group is where you’ll post your takeaways and insights, and where you can ask questions and request support.

• Wednesdays, 8-9 PM

NOTE: Trainings to be dropped the week before so they can be discussed on the Zoom call.

Hi, I'm Mich! :)

I’m Mich Nicolas, a certified Christian life coach who desires to help Catholic women like you thrive according to what Jesus said in John 10:10, that He came that we might have life to the full! I’m also a wife and homeschooling mom, an editor and writer. My husband and I serve in a Catholic charismatic community, and I’ve been in ministry for most of my life.

​

I was about 11 years old when I was first assigned to facilitate a group of girls during a Life in the Spirit seminar, then a few years later, was tasked to lead the kids' ministry in our community. I also became part of the music ministry and worship team, youth, performing arts, and media ministries. At 18 or 19 years old, I was entrusted to head a cell group of young women that met every week for prayer and Bible sharing. Looking back, I realize that was the start of me mentoring women, and I continue to do so to this day.

 

My full-time job for nearly 25 years was in Catholic publishing and being part of teams that produced music, audio, and video projects, concerts, and conferences that were all geared toward evangelization and discipleship.

​

I then transitioned to the online space and began to offer various freelance services that included coaching.

 

In 2021, I joined a paid coaching program for Catholic women and experienced to an even greater degree the power of coaching. It accelerated my personal growth and I saw how it aligned with what I’d been learning through the years, but with a focus on renewing our minds.

​

In 2022, I joined another online program oriented toward Kingdom entrepreneurship that operated in the gifts of the Holy Spirit. I loved seeing how the Holy Spirit worked in the group, in individuals and their businesses, and among people of different Christian backgrounds (mostly non-Catholic).

​

I loved both spaces but was looking for one, especially for women, that integrated personal growth, coaching, working in the power of the Holy Spirit, and the Catholic faith. Turns out, the Lord wanted me to create the space (a story for another day)...and well, here it is! :)
