What is MOMENTUM HQ?
Momentum HQ is a 90-day (3-month), online accelerator program. It’s a learning hub and implementation lab in one. It’s where coaches set (or reset) in motion their God-inspired dreams of life coaching and partner with the Holy Spirit to make it happen. It provides a space where they can focus on taking action, utilize training and tools, and receive mentorship.
What is the goal of MOMENTUM HQ?
The goal of MOMENTUM HQ is to encourage Catholic women life coaches to take massive action on their 90-day life coaching goals, whatever the stage of their coaching journey.

Whom is MOMENTUM HQ for?
It’s for Catholic women with a mission to expand God’s kingdom through Spirit-led life coaching. These women have decided that now is the time to take massive action on their calling.
How does MOMENTUM HQ work?
• You’ll be given a questionnaire to assess where you are in your coaching journey and what you want to accomplish in 90 days (approximately 3 months).
• You’ll have an onboarding call.
• You’ll set your own milestones (per month, even per week or 2 weeks).
• You’ll be given coaching prompts and calls to action.
• You’ll take action steps based on your goals.
• You’ll track your progress.
What you’ll receive:
• Weekly group calls & check-ins
• Action-oriented trainings
• Personalized mentorship & coaching – whether it’s on spirituality, mindset, strategy (depending on what you need)
• A private FB group for accountability, support, and community
• Access to all trainings from the Uniquely Called to Coach Program & The Reign Circle + Bonus trainings (choose which ones you need at your current stage)
